Sometimes you meet someone who changes your life for the better.
For me, that person is Lynda.
She has been a fierce advocate for me and for Be Humanitarian since the very first day we met almost ten years ago.
Over the years, she has opened doors that have shaped the future of our work in Guatemala.
She introduced me to the USANA Foundation, who have become incredible partners in helping us expand our nutrition programs and garden tower projects.
Last year, she connected me with the Walipini Impact Team, the same team that helped build our Walipini greenhouse on our land earlier this month. A project that will allow families in our community to grow their own food and create more stability for their future.
And recently, she nominated me for an award through the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation.
But beyond all of that, one of my favorite memories is something simple.
