We wanted to share a small glimpse into one of our English classes this
week.
In the photo you will see a classroom full of focused faces, open
notebooks, and children carefully practicing new English words together.
Each word they learn is another step toward new opportunities and a
future filled with possibility.
For many of these students, this is their very first time learning English.
It may seem like a simple class, but the opportunity it creates is
incredibly powerful.
English opens doors.
It creates opportunities for higher education, better jobs, and the ability to connect with people from around the world. For children growing up in rural Guatemala, these skills can truly change the trajectory of their lives.
But just as important as the language itself is the confidence they gain
along the way.
Each new word learned reminds them that their future can be bigger
