We are now a certifying organization for the Presidential Service Award US!!
You can now earn hours toward this prestigious award by volunteering with us in Guatemala.
Volunteer Eligibility:
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
- Must be at least 5 years old
- Complete eligible service within 12 months (for Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards) or over a lifetime (for the Lifetime Achievement Award)
Eligible Service:
- Unpaid acts of volunteer service benefitting others
- National service programs with stipends (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) count toward Lifetime Achievement Awards, but not annual awards
- Travel stipends, parking passes, and expense reimbursements do not affect service eligibility
