Recently here in the United States, we celebrated Thanksgiving – a holiday where family and friends come together to break bread, spend time together and give thanks for all the blessings of the year. Not everyone is fortunate to celebrate this way however. By becoming a sponsor with Be Humanitarian, you can help pay for meals for our kiddos and their families and provide them with food security, when they may not otherwise have it.
As we continue into this holiday season, think of how much joy you can bring to those in need and lift their spirits when it’s more important than ever. Thank you for supporting Be Humanitarian where our mission is to inspire our volunteers to become global citizens and take a hands-on role in the world around them. We believe our duty is to improve the lives of those in need. We aim to improve the future of some of Guatemala’s most impoverished people, and help them to break the poverty cycle through early nutrition, education and self sustainability.

Kitchen Items (such as pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, serving pieces and hand-held appliances), home decorative items, knick-knacks, toys, games, and small electronics.

*no encyclopedias or text books
Please use bags for clothes and textiles and tightly pack boxes of small household goods. Separate books from household goods and media. All items must be clean and in sellable condition.
